I want you to be completely satisfied with AuthorPage. If the Pro plan isn't right for you, I'll give you a full refund - no questions asked.

It's simple: If you're not happy with your Pro subscription for any reason within the first 30 days, email me and I'll refund 100% of your payment.

How Refunds Work
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 30 days of payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refunds may be available at my discretion. Just ask - I'm reasonable.
Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. You can use it forever, upgrade when you're ready, or not at all. No pressure.
How to Request a Refund

Include:
- The email address associated with your account
- That you'd like a refund (no explanation needed)
That's it. I'll process your refund within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through DodoPayments (our payment provider)
- The refund will appear on the same payment method you used
- It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
After Your Refund
When your refund is processed:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- If you had a custom domain connected, it will be disconnected (you still own the domain)
- All your content, books, and data remain intact on the Free tier
- You can still export all your data anytime
You're welcome to upgrade again in the future if circumstances change.
Exceptions
The only times I might not process a refund:
- Chargebacks: If you dispute the charge with your bank instead of contacting me, I'll work with the payment provider to resolve it, but this is more complicated for everyone. Please just email me first.
- Fraud or abuse: Accounts created for fraudulent purposes or to abuse the refund policy repeatedly.
